On December 9th, a couple of people were interviewed at MHS. Here’s how they were feeling about the holiday.

Daniel Moore, a sophomore at MHS, was asked what his favorite Christmas tradition is. He said, “My favorite tradition is spending all day watching movies with my family after we give each other presents in the morning. We also prepare our food and we always go on a walk after our lunch, and we have a big dinner.” This is a tradition that many families do on Christmas day.

Mr Webb, a teacher at MHS, was asked why Christmas is so special to him. He responded, “2 reasons; first, it is the birthday of Jesus Christ, and second it is a great excuse to sit down and be present with my family.” These are only a couple reasons why Christmas is so special.

When Daniel Moore was asked who he thought in his family loved Christmas the most, he said, “I think my mom loves Christmas the most because she is always decorating the house, making Christmas cookies, and she enjoys decorating the Christmas tree.” Hanging decorations around the house is also a great tradition of Christmas.

It’s safe to say that students of MHS love Christmas and are very excited for the break.
