Approaching the ACT

On Wednesday, April 2nd, all MHS juniors took the ACT. For some students, it was their first time, but for others, it could have been their 2nd or 3rd time. The studying may continue for a few people, for there is another chance to take it 3 days later on Saturday, April 5th.

One of those students includes Cassidee Stoffel. Stoffel has already prepared, “I am taking 10 minutes each day to do a few practice questions, as well as doing in class practice tests.” Stoffel also included, “I am taking it at least twice to try and better my score each time and get familiar with the material before taking it again.”

Jake Robinson is another student who has taken the ACT multiple times. Robinson shared that he wanted to have a practice test, so he could get a good idea of what the test would be like. Robinson was also well prepared. He expressed, “I did the Pre ACT homeroom and took an online web class to prepare.”

Stoffel and Robinson have been working hard all year, along with the rest of the junior class, hoping to receive a satisfactory score.
