Girls Basketball

Girls basketball was the first winter sport to kick off with a tournament at GCMS. The Sages went 2-2 at the tournament with wins vs Iroquois West 38-29 and PBL 41-28, and suffered losses vs GCMS 30-52 and Salt Fork 24-45. Over fall break, the Sages traveled to Charleston where they lost 29-41. This week’s games: home opener vs Urbana 11/27 and home vs Mt. Pulaski 11/30.

Boys Basketball

Boys basketball kicked off their season over fall break with a trip to Pleasant Plains. The Sages returned home with the victory 60-52. This week’s games: away vs Riverton 11/28 and home opener vs Marshall 12/2.
