FFA fun days

February 21 through February 25 is National FFA Week. MHS’ FFA chapter celebrates this with dress-up days as well as fun games and events every day.

FFA President, Ethan Robson, said, “It means a lot to celebrate our agricultural background as a chapter. It’s also a great bonding week for the members of our chapter to get to know some of the freshman and new members.”

His younger brother, Brayden Robson, is looking forward to “Drive Your Tractor to School Day” the most. Brayden stated, “Driving a tractor or piece of equipment to school is super fun for me. I love operating big machines, and I like to show people the inside of the cab and tell them what my equipment does.”.

The dress-up days for next week include Farmers vs. Farm Animals on Wednesday, Hippie vs. Cowboy on Thursday, and Blue and Gold on Friday to represent the colors of FFA.

FFA Week will also include a volleyball game on Wednesday, a game of knockout on Thursday, and a talent show on Friday. All of these activities take place during homeroom and are open to only FFA Members.

Whether or not you’re currently in FFA, be sure to dress up and support our FFA chapter starting Tuesday, February 22!
